New clients pay a small upfront fee (£140 for two hours) so work can begin immediately—often the same day.
3. Provide hosting and website login credentials
I’ll need secure access to your hosting and WordPress admin to diagnose and fix the issue. Your details are kept confidential.
4. I begin work to resolve your issue
Once I have access, I’ll take a backup and start repairs—usually within the hour. I’ll identify the fault, apply fixes, and test your site.
5. Resolution, recovery, and aftercare
After repair, I’ll check updates, patch security risks, and make sure your site is stable. I’ll advise on preventing future issues.
6. Pay the balance
If work exceeds the initial fee, I’ll send a clear summary and invoice for the balance once your site is fully restored.
